4 ingredient S’mores Dip

~ 8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
~ 7 oz. marshmallow cream 
~ 1 cup powdered sugar
~ 1 cup fudge sauce 
~ graham crackers
~ miniature marshmallows & chocolate chips (optional) 

Mix cream cheese, marshmallow cream, powdered sugar & fudge sauce in a mixing bowl. Mix with blender until smooth. 
Put the mixture into a serving bowl, top with miniature marshmallows & chocolate chips (optional). Serve with graham crackers.

~ 3 cups granulated sugar ~ 5 oz. can evaporated milk ~ 3/4 cup butter ~ 7 oz. marshmallow creme ~ 10 oz. bag of Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips   Butter lightly a 13 x 9 inch baking dish, set aside. Bring the sugar, evaporated milk & butter to a boil on medium heat in a 4 qt. sauce pan stirring constantly. After it starts to boil, set a timer for 4 minutes. KEEP STIRRING, DO NOT STOP! When the 4 minutes is up, (or the candy thermometer reaches 235* F) take the pan off the burner, mix the marshmallow creme & peanut butter chips with the mixture until smooth. Pour into the buttered baking dish & set until cool.  *Cool completely before serving.* *Makes approx. 40 servings.* Enjoy!

Putting A Limit On God

There are times when we put a limit on God & what he can do. We say “I don’t know what else I can do but I’ll pray for you.” Praying is THE best thing you can do for a person. Yes, money is good, lending a helping hand is also good, but when you pray God brings in reinforcements that we can’t even imagine. He does things for us that we could never even dream of if we put our faith & trust in him. As long as we have the faith of a mustard seed, we can move mountains.   He also doesn’t want us to worry. That’s where having faith & trust in the Lord comes in as well. If we worry, then we can’t have our faith & trust in the Lord. It also means that we are putting a limit on God. Over a year ago my Grandma, the woman that raised me passed away. When I was little she was the one that took me in & raised me.  Well, fast forward to April of 2015 a few months after she passed I decided to get a dog. The hard part was finding one that my kids could be around with their allergies. I was told I could only buy one but I wouldn't hear of it. I hated to see animals being in shelters because they're unwanted. So, I decided to give Christian County Animal Shelter in Hopkinsville, Ky a try first. I walked in & told them what I wanted. I held several dogs but each one made me sneeze, cough & my eyes water.  Then the man showed me a dog that was sick but getting ready to be posted for adoption. He was a Yorkie. A bigger Yorkie.
