Over a year ago my Grandma, the woman that raised me passed away. When I was little she was the one that took me in & raised me.  Well, fast forward to April of 2015 a few months after she passed I decided to get a dog. The hard part was finding one that my kids could be around with their allergies. I was told I could only buy one but I wouldn't hear of it. I hated to see animals being in shelters because they're unwanted. So, I decided to give Christian County Animal Shelter in Hopkinsville, Ky a try first. I walked in & told them what I wanted. I held several dogs but each one made me sneeze, cough & my eyes water.  Then the man showed me a dog that was sick but getting ready to be posted for adoption. He was a Yorkie. A bigger Yorkie. Well I held him & I just knew he was the one. He snuggled right to me & didn't want to be put down. When I tried to put him back in his cage? Putting A Limit On God

There are times when we put a limit on God & what he can do. We say “I don’t know what else I can do but I’ll pray for you.” Praying is THE best thing you can do for a person. Yes, money is good, lending a helping hand is also good, but when you pray God brings in reinforcements that we can’t even imagine. He does things for us that we could never even dream of if we put our faith & trust in him. As long as we have the faith of a mustard seed, we can move mountains.   He also doesn’t want us to worry. That’s where having faith & trust in the Lord comes in as well. If we worry, then we can’t have our faith & trust in the Lord. It also means that we are putting a limit on God. He made the entire universe in 6 days & rested on the 7th day! Why would you think for a second that he doesn’t have everything under control. Yes, bad things do happen to us. All the time. Do not be unhappy, be happy!

Do you ever wonder why we put our happiness in someone else's hands? Ever wonder why we feel like if our husbands, wives, kids, moms and dads are unhappy we should be as well? WELL LISTEN UP PEOPLE! I have some good news for you! We can be happy ourselves! Don't worry about why so many are unhappy.. I'm not saying make your heart cold to others, negativity grows BUT so does happiness. Psalms 118:24 says, This is the day that which the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it. Show the world we as Christians should be happy, even when things go wrong. Keep an upbeat positive attitude! (I'm sharing this to myself as well, not just to others.) I have so much to be thankful for! I'm saved, my kids are healthy, my husband has a good job, but most of all Jesus is coming soon!
